What does "made to order" mean? 

Many of the items in my catalog are made to order, meaning that the design is available to purchase but I do not begin fabricating the piece until payment is complete. 

Do you do custom work?

Occasionally, I will open up listings for custom work. Please be sure to follow me on Instagram for updates on custom availability. 

I want to return my purchase. Is this possible?

Returns are determined on a case by case basis.

To inquire about a return, you can email me at lovespellsilver@gmail.com or use the contact form through this site. Make sure to include your full name, order number and a brief description of the nature of your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  

Buyer must contact me within 5 days of receipt of your package in order for a return to be considered.  

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders are shipped every Friday. This means if you place an order for ready to ship pieces on a Friday, it will ship the following Friday. 

Orders including BOTH made to order and ready to ship pieces will ship together when the made to order pieces are complete, unless discussed prior to purchase. 

Do you offer insurance for shipping? 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.

You may request insurance on your package by reaching out via email to coordinate additional costs. This must be done within 48 hours of placing your order.

 

Seller is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
